- Remote-first, with a few days a month in Cluj-Napoca for whoever's nearby.
- Async by default. Long-form writing over status meetings. We protect deep work.
- Ship weekly. Small, reversible changes; no quarterly big-bangs.
- Generalists welcome. Titles are loose, the job is the job.
Open roles
Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript / Next.js)
Own a slice of the platform end-to-end — from Postgres up to the storefront. Background in production Next.js, comfort with Drizzle or Prisma, and a strong eye for ergonomics.
Print Operations Lead
Onboard and manage print-house partners across the EU. Industry experience required; you should know the difference between DTG, DTF, and screen at 3am.
Product Designer (Storefront)
Shape the buying flow and the artist tooling. Strong opinions about typography and product detail pages; comfortable in Figma and shipping in Tailwind.
Customer Experience Specialist
Be the human voice on the other side of contact@add.style. Native or near-native Romanian or Hungarian; English required.
