Ordering

How do I place an order?

Pick a design from the library, choose a product (t-shirt, hoodie, mug, etc.), select a size and color, then check out. You'll get an email confirmation immediately and a second one when your order enters production.

Can I order without an account?

Yes — guest checkout is available. An account makes reordering and tracking easier, but it's never required.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Romanian customers can also pay by bank transfer for orders above €100.

Customization

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. From the Studio you can upload PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF up to 50 MB. We recommend 300 DPI at print size for best results.

Will you tell me if my file looks bad?

Yes. Every upload goes through an automated check and, for anything borderline, a human review. If we think your print will look poor, we'll pause the order and email you before charging.

Do you offer design help?

For paid plans yes — we partner with a small group of designers who can adapt or finish your idea. Email us and we'll connect you.

Shipping & tracking

How long until my order arrives?

Most orders are produced in 2–4 business days and shipped the same afternoon. Total delivery time depends on destination — see the shipping page for a country-by-country breakdown.

Where's my tracking number?

You'll get a tracking email the moment the print house hands your package to the courier. If 5 business days have passed since your order confirmation and you haven't received it, write us.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a printed shirt I no longer want?

Custom-printed and personalized goods are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014, Art. 16(c)). Full details — and what you can return — are on the returns page.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

That's on us. Email contact@add.stylewith your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or refund the order, your call.

Account & privacy

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. A reset link will be sent to the email on the account.

How do I delete my account?

Email contact@add.stylefrom the address tied to the account. We'll confirm the request and remove your data within 14 days, keeping only what we're legally required to retain (invoices, anti-fraud records).
