add.style is an online marketplace where independent shops publish printable designs and physical products built around those designs. We provide the platform; the shops are independent businesses responsible for their own listings, fulfilment and customer support.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you create a shop, you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18) and you must provide accurate registration information.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@add.style if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload, publish or sell content you do not have the right to use, including trademarked, copyrighted or otherwise restricted material;
• publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive or that promotes violence;
• attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, including by automated scraping, brute force, or interfering with security features;
• use the Service to send spam or to impersonate any person or shop.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and remove offending content without notice.

If you register as a shop you become a “merchant”. Merchants are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy and legality of their listings, including descriptions and imagery;
• owning or licensing all intellectual property in the products and designs they publish;
• taxes, invoicing and any regulatory obligations applicable in their jurisdiction;
• communicating with buyers and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

add.style is not a party to transactions between buyers and shops. We may, however, intervene to investigate complaints, enforce these terms or comply with the law.

You retain all ownership in the content you upload. By uploading content you grant add.style a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

All other elements of the Service — including the add.style name, logo, source code and design — are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without our written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, email us at legal@add.style with a description of the work, the infringing URL and a statement that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder. We will review every report in good faith and act where appropriate.

Where the Service supports purchases, payment processing is handled by our payment partner. Prices, taxes, shipping and delivery times are set by the relevant shop and shown on the product page. Buyers should review them carefully before placing an order.

The return and refund terms of an individual order are determined by the shop’s own policy and any applicable consumer-protection law in your country. We encourage buyers and shops to resolve disputes amicably; we may help mediate, but we are not obliged to take a position on the underlying transaction.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create undue risk for us or for other users. We will give you reasonable notice where it is appropriate to do so.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, add.style disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, add.style will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be brought before the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to seek redress elsewhere.
