Free shipping, everywhere, every order

Shipping is always free — there's never a delivery charge at checkout, on any order, to any country. Everything we sell is made-to-order, so the only time you wait is production time plus transit time, both published up front.

Production time

Most orders enter production within a few hours of checkout and are handed to the courier in 2 to 4 business days. Larger jobs and unusual products (all-over prints, embroidered hoodies) can take up to 7 business days — the product page shows the exact range before you buy.

You'll get an email the moment your package is picked up, containing the tracking number.

Delivery time

Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. There are no delivery fees, no minimum-order thresholds, and no surcharges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Typical transit times once your order ships:

  • Romania: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–6 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Import duties and local VAT may still apply on deliveries outside the EU. Where they do, they're set by the destination country and collected by the courier on arrival — they are not a shipping charge and nothing extra goes to us or the seller.

Couriers we use

Inside Romania: Sameday and FAN Courier. Within the EU: DPD and GLS. Outside the EU and for express service: DHL Express.

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked end-to-end. The tracking link you receive updates within a few hours of the courier scanning the package — if it still shows no movement after 48 hours, write us and we'll chase it for you.

Wrong address, undeliverable packages

If a package comes back to the print house because the address was incorrect or no one was there to receive it, we'll contact you and re-send it — shipping stays free.

You can update the delivery address from your account up until the order enters production — after that, it's locked.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no progress for 10 business days inside the EU or 21 business days internationally, we open a claim with the courier and either reprint or refund your order. You don't have to wait for the claim to resolve.
